A community pharmacy offers services such as dispensing medicines and offering advice on keeping healthy. It is often the first-place residents will turn to when they have a concern about their health. This is why it is important we look at how well pharmacies are meeting these needs. Help us shape the future of these services!

The questionnaire is anonymous.  Your responses will only be looked at by the public health team within your local authority.  It should take about 15 minutes to complete

We are fully stocked to deliver flu vaccinations on schedule. We are contacting patients at risk if they haven’t received their vaccinations yet and we are also delivering vaccinations to housebound patients.

The COVID-19 vaccinations are done centrally and therefore we do not offer this on site. Please DO NOT contact us asking about vaccination; this is not a service that you are able to book through us

Lloyd’s Pharmacy in Sainsburys is closing in the coming months. They are no longer processing any new prescriptions.

All prescriptions and nominations need to be redirected to other pharmacies.

If this is your nominated pharmacy, you will have to nominate a different pharmacy. Do not forget to collect any outstanding prescriptions.

Over recent years, the access to general practice has changed significantly. We understand that some people might find these changes confusing, and wonder why the changes have been made. General practice is working hard to support the covid-19 vaccination programme, we are still here for you but the way you access care may be different.
Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients where there is a clinical need. You will be asked to first discuss your conditions over the phone or online with a member of the healthcare team to assess what would be most appropriate for you. Using technology will help to protect you and your family - and GP practice staff from the potential risk of the virus.

Do you need support to live more healthily and manage your weight?

The NHS Digital Weight Management Programme helps people living with obesity to live healthier lives and manage their weight. If you have either diabetes or high blood pressure or both, you could benefit from the programme, speak to your GP!
